Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Cash handling or sales experience.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Perform accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.
Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to questions or concerns.
Understand customer requirements and introduce them to new products and services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
Maintain and assure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulations; adhere to BSA responsibilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
