Responsibilities

• Provide service to bank customers, including deposits, withdrawals, postings and information updates.
• Receive deposits and cash checks for customers, verifying balances on larger checks.
• Maintain currency and coin supply; be familiar with security equipment and procedures.
• Ensure all teller transactions balance while on duty.
• Assist customers with questions to enhance their relationship with the bank.
• Verify balances and update customer information; close out accounts as requested.
• Introduce new services to customers in line with cross-selling policies.
