Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 6+ months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1+ year customer-facing experience recommending products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills; customer-centric.
• Willingness to work varied branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment after apply, within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobby and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage for simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Explain Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions.
• Follow all financial policies, including cash handling and local regulations.
