Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Cincinnati is opening a brand-new restaurant and hiring the first team. No restaurant experience is needed; training is provided and a culture of care and pride starts on day one.

We seek people who want to learn, show up reliably, and deliver hospitality in a fast-paced setting. We offer $17.00/hour starting pay, full-time availability with opening/AM/Mid/Closing shifts, Sundays off, free meals on shift, and strong leadership development.

• Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the length of a shift.
• Saturday availability is required for every full-time position.
• Availability for one of the shift bands above.
• Must be 16 or older.

• Serve guests at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the dining room.
• Prepare food to Chick-fil-A's quality and safety standards.
• Keep your area clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
• Work alongside a team that has each other's backs on a busy shift.
• Handle guest requests and problems with genuine hospitality.

We're opening a brand-new Chick-fil-A, and we're hiring the first team.

There's something different about being here on day one. You're not learning someone else's habits or fitting into an established team. You're helping build it — the standards, the pace, the culture. We're looking for people who want that.

No restaurant experience needed. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is showing up, caring about the people around you, and taking pride in doing something well.

What you'll do

• Serve guests at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the dining room
• Prepare food to Chick-fil-A's quality and safety standards
• Keep your area clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush
• Work alongside a team that has each other's backs on a busy shift
• Handle guest requests and problems with genuine hospitality

Shifts available

Full-time team members are scheduled in one of these shift bands, and we build your schedule around consistent availability:

• Opening: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• AM Mid: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Mid: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Closing: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We're closed every Sunday. Always have been, always will be.

What we're looking for
