Job summary

Chick-fil-A Clifton/Uptown Cincinnati is opening a brand-new restaurant and hiring a Part-Time Team Member. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with potential increases based on availability and experience. We offer flexible scheduling to fit classes, another job, or family commitments, and train you from zero.

You will help guests at the counter, drive-thru, or dining room; prepare food to Chick-fil-A standards; and keep your area clean while pitching in during rushes. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 16+ and available on Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for shifts.
• Minimum 18 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Job Title: Part-Time Team Member — New Restaurant Opening

Pay: Starting at $15.00 / hour

Job Type: Part-time (18-32 hours/week), flexible scheduling

Location: Clifton / Uptown Cincinnati, OH

A brand-new Chick-fil-A is opening in Clifton — and we'll work around your schedule.

Classes, another job, kids, practice, whatever your week already looks like — tell us what you've got, and we'll build a schedule around it. We're hiring a large opening team, which means we have real flexibility to make part-time actually work.

No experience required. We train you from zero.

What you'll do

• Take care of guests at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the dining room
• Prepare food to Chick-fil-A's quality and safety standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you during a rush

Shifts available

Tell us your availability and we'll fit you into one of these:

• Closing: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Mid-day: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Mornings: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Saturday availability is required. We're closed every Sunday — no exceptions, no asking.

What we're looking for

• A good attitude and a willingness to learn
• Reliability — if you're on the schedule, we're counting on you
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet during a shift
• At least 18 hours of availability per week, including Saturdays
• Must be 16 or older

No experience needed. If this would be your first job, that's completely fine — we'll teach you the rest.
