Job summary

LearnWell in Bismarck, ND is seeking a passionate teacher to join our team for the school year in a behavioral health facility, serving 8 to 15 school-age patients in a small classroom.

You will plan daily lessons, provide individualized support, communicate student progress, and adjust strategies to promote learning while maintaining attendance and session reports. This full-time role offers PTO, holidays, healthcare, 401K, and tuition reimbursement grants.

Qualifications

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Bismark, NDon a full-time basis for the school year. This unique position will involve working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support tochild and adolescentschool-age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time.

Position entails a40-hour a week commitment, Monday-Friday,8:00am-4:30pm.
