Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team in a full-time role across day, night, or variable shifts.

Responsibilities include providing essential comfort care, assisting with telemetry as needed, and supporting the health unit coordinator tasks. Strong CNA and BLS credentials, good communication, and reliable teamwork are required to ensure high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Must have Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
• Must have Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Utah-specific: CNA certification requirements and timelines.
• CNA certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver basic patient care such as toileting, bathing, and mobility while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient data and changes in condition promptly for RN review.
• Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist with Health Unit Coordinator duties as needed, including phones and unit records.
