Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 seeks a full-time Tech Support & Training professional to provide technical support to staff at the PaTTAN Harrisburg office and work with technical staff at local intermediate units to boost efficiency and productivity.

Requirements include an IT-related certificate or associate degree (bachelor's preferred), a valid PA driver's license, and at least three years of technical experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule: 8.00 Hours/Day (7:30 am-4:00 pm) Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year

Minimum Salary: $25.99

Purpose Of Position: The Tech Support & Training position is responsible for providing technical support to the staff located in the PaTTAN Harrisburg office as well as work with technical staff members affiliated with local intermediate units to improve effectiveness and productivity.
