Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Must possess LCDC-CI or CCJP-A certification per Texas requirements.
• Must maintain valid licensure/certification for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance abuse counseling and recovery skills training.
• Facilitate DWI intervention classes.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools to assess needs and risk.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate case records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Teach and practice life skills in counseling sessions.
