Job Title:Behavioral Aide/Driver-NCPSPay Range:$17.50-$19.00/hour +Benefits | Full-TimeJob Description:Point Quest -North California Prep School is hiring Behavioral Aides/Driver: $17.50-$19.00/hour +Benefits | Full-Time |Sacramento, CA Monday–Friday | School Hours: School hours are 7:45am-1:30pm; When driving route added 6am-4pm.About the Role:The Driver/Behavioral Aide is a dual-role position responsible for safely transporting students to and from school while providing behavioral, instructional, and classroom support throughout the school day. This role requires excellent student supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster a safe, positive, and supportive environment for students with learning, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
