Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking highly qualified applicants for its Full-Time Student Navigator position in the Student Engagement division. This position is located at Atlanta Tech's Main campus just south of Downtown Atlanta.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Success and Special Initiatives, the Full-Time Student Navigator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing focused student support services and interventions to help students persist in their program of study.
The Full-Time Student Navigator gathers statistical information and develops strategies to retain new and continuing students, and provides services which include academic advisement, academic progress review for traditional, online, and hybrid students, referrals to support services, and coordination of retention efforts for at‑risk students.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree required in a course of study related to the occupational field *and* Three (3) years of related work experience-Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
