As a Store Manager Trainee, you will learn all aspects of successfully managing a store, preparing to run your own. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring performance, staffing, scheduling, and developing operational plans while mentoring your team.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 per week
• Starting Wage: $30.25/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $114,000 (including salary and bonus, varies by location)

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Supervise daily operations and team performance

• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or terminations

Physical & Job Requirements:
