ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service and communication.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS.
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandize per planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in improving efficiency and reducing losses.
• Comply with company policies and ensure a safe working environment.
