Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate all store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers).
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic arithmetic.
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Work independently and with others.
• Organize and complete tasks within established timeframes.
• Maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by following ALDI principles and escalating concerns as needed.
• Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Operate the POS system to scan and process customer purchases.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as required for efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow safety policies and keep equipment in proper working order.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
