Job summary

ALDI in Sterling, VA is seeking a friendly Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support store operations.

The position is full-time with 30+ hours per week, starting at $20.50 per hour and wage progression over five years. ALDI offers competitive wages and benefits including 401(k) and health coverage where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Able to work 30+ hours per week and meet state requirements.
• Able to operate a POS system and follow cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product following planograms.
• Operate cash register and process purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and curbside pickup accuracy.
• Assist management with loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
