Job summary

ALDI in Sterling, VA is hiring a full-time Store Associate to merchandise and stock product, cashier customers, and keep the store clean and organized.

Average hours are 30+ per week with starting wage of $20.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases in years 2–5 up to $22.50.

You will work with the ALDI team to deliver friendly service, operate the POS, handle curbside orders, and follow store policies to ensure a safe, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate POS and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock shelves according to planograms.
• Cashier and operate POS for customer transactions.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and item retrieval.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
