The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week. Starting wage is 18.50 per hour with scheduled increases through Year 5, reflecting a clear career progression plan.

Qualifications

• Promote prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS system to process purchases accurately.
• Follow store policies and procedures consistently.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising according to planograms.
• Perform basic arithmetic and maintain checkout efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns.
• Informs management of loss due to damaged products.
• Uses POS to scan and process purchases; reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and opens extra lanes as needed.
• Stocks shelves neatly and maximizes sales per merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports management to hit efficiency and total loss goals.
• Maintains safe working environment and proper equipment condition.
• Follows inventory procedures and general cleaning to company standards.
