ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Crescent Park, KY, to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly and starts at $20.00 per hour.

Starting wage increases to $20.50 in Year 2, then $21.00 in Year 3 and 4, and $22.00 in Year 5. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid holidays, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years or older required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS system and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Comply with company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform general cleaning to company standards.
