ALDI USA is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate in Troy Township, IL. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to maintain a top-quality store environment. Average hours exceed 30 per week with starting wage of $19.00 per hour and increases each year through Year 5.

You will work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage curbside pickups, and uphold store standards and policies. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate the POS system and cash handling procedures.
• Experience with basic arithmetic and cash policies.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and escalate concerns to management.
• Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Accurately scan and process purchases using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly according to merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
