Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Age 18+ required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer service principles and escalate when needed.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to scan purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.
• Open additional checkout lanes as needed to ensure efficient service.
• Stock shelves per planograms and maintain displays.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Identify and rectify hazards and maintain equipment.
