Job summary

ALDI is seeking a dedicated Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations.

The role is full-time with average 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with increases in subsequent years. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate store equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service required.
• Ability to operate POS and cash registers accurately.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills desired.
• Basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms to maximize sales.
• Operate POS to process customer purchases and address scanning issues.
• Assist with curbside pickup and staging for timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with safety policies.
• Support management to achieve efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
