Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a team member to drive sales through in-store demonstrations and live events, engaging customers and promoting brands at the point of purchase. The role includes supporting leadership with scheduling, reporting, training, and onboarding activities while helping interview new teammates.

The position emphasizes growth from within, on-the-ground training, and opportunities to take on additional hours. Prior experience is not required, and a strong work ethic is valued.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available 5 days a week, including Sunday and Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
