Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking teammates to help shape shopping experiences through live events and product sampling in retail environments across Maryland and surrounding areas. You will engage customers, promote brands, and support event execution with enthusiasm and strong service orientation.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, with opportunities to grow and advance. The role offers flexible hours, with at least 4 days per week including Sundays and Mondays,

In this position, youll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
