Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a motivated teammate to help shape in-store experiences through live events and product sampling. You will engage customers, promote brands, and contribute to a friendly shopping environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and a collaborative team approach. Training is provided, and availability includes Sundays and Mondays, with opportunities for additional hours.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are a 18 years or older
• Available 5 days a week, including Sunday and Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
