Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking teammates to execute live events and sampling to engage customers and showcase brands in retail environments. You will report to leadership and help with training, scheduling, and onboarding while delivering strong customer service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a safety-first mindset is essential for a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
