Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct Speech therapy services and its programs in accordance with regulations.
• Assesses patients appropriate to the age of the patient.
• Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records and reports.
• Contributes to discharge planning and resident care plans.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains a safe environment for residents.
