Job summary

Chestnut Hill Lodge in Wyndmoor, PA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team as a full-time professional.

You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized plans; collaborate with therapists and nursing staff; educate patients and families; and document in Net Health and PCC to support successful outcomes in our skilled nursing and long-term care community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active PA SLP license or eligibility to practice.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Team-oriented professional who enjoys geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and family education to support successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Net Health and PCC.
• Make a positive impact on residents in skilled nursing and long-term care.
