Chestnut Hill Lodge in Wyndmoor, PA is seeking a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team and support residents with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing needs.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with therapists and nursing staff, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC).

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Pennsylvania SLP or eligible for licensure.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Team-oriented professional who enjoys working with geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and family education to support successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC).
• Make a positive impact on residents in our skilled nursing and long‑term care community.
