Job summary

Crescent-Manor-Rehabilitation- in Bennington, VT is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. The position offers an hourly pay range of $40-$53 with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy per orders, and documenting outcomes. Licensure in VT is required; NY/MA licensure is welcome and licensure support is available.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont SLP license or eligible for VT licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Open to supporting additional state licensure (NY/MA)
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services per physician orders
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team
• Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
