Qualifikationen

• Active and valid Vermont Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required or current.
• Good standing with regulatory/licensing boards preferred for SNF settings.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve cognition, communication, swallowing, and independence.
• Provide skilled SLP assessments and interventions per plans of care.
• Coordinate with physicians for MBSS and FEES as indicated.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
