Northwoods Rehab is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist for a full-time position in St. Louis Park, MN. The role involves providing speech therapy services to residents, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the rehab team under physician orders.

Ongoing professional development is expected. Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC or CFY eligibility, and current or eligible state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Current state licensure or license eligible; ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct speech therapy services to residents under physician orders.
• Develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals; document progress.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with the rehab team.
• supervise Rehabilitation Techs/Aides, students and volunteers.
• Assist with discharge planning and resident education; maintain accurate documentation.
