Allina Health Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Outpatient Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time 1.0 FTE daytime role in Saint Paul, MN. You will deliver therapy to patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing impairments, perform assessments, and participate in care coordination in a no-weekend schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• MN or WI SLP licensure required at hire.
• BLS certification either AHA/Red Cross or Allina in-house within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license required for home care/hospice services as applicable.

• Provide therapy to patients per physician referral.
• Assess patients and perform reassessments; gather health data.
• Document, communicate, and bill per standards.
• Coordinate with care team and refer to other practitioners as needed.
• Support performance improvement and program development.
