Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, AZ, seeks a Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. The SLP will conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and adjust plans of care under physician supervision at a premier senior living community.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge rehabilitation services in a supportive environment with a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Make revisions in established plans of care as needed.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care.
