Benedictine Living Community-Duluth in Duluth, MN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions on the dayshift.
You will coordinate discharge planning, collaborate with caregivers and the health care team, and educate families about care plans; current state licensure and a Master's degree are required. The position offers a robust benefits package and a supportive team environment.
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
