Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and support residents through ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.

The role includes developing care plans, discharge planning, and educating family and care teams to ensure coordinated, quality care for residents in our community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing required.

Overview

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions.

Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
