The role offers part-time or full-time schedules in an inpatient rehab setting, with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and rotating weekends/holidays. Salary ranges from $77,563 to $116,334 per year, plus incentives including up to $20k hiring incentives, loan repayment up to $15k, a $10k signing bonus, and relocation up to $5k if eligible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• SLP license in Minnesota (CFY temporary license accepted) is required.
• BLS certification and ASHA CCCs are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform evaluations and collaborate with the care team.
• Support independent therapy functions and supervise delegated therapies.

Job description

A hospital located in St. Cloud, MN is currently seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologist to join their team full or part time!Check out the details below:

Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Inpatient Rehab

Location: St. Cloud, MN

Schedule: Part time & full time schedules available, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Every 4th or 5th weekend & rotating holidays

Pay: $77,563.20- $116,334.40 depending on experience. Full-time: Up to $20k in Hiring Incentives! Up to $15k student loan repayment, or a hiring bonus of $10k, plus $5k in relocation if eligible

Speech Language Pathologist duties to include but not limited to:

• Prevent, assess, alleviate or correct communication, swallowing or other speech related disorders
• Responsible for evaluating patient needs, conducting diagnostic tests/procedures, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly
• Responsible for independent therapist functions and delegated therapies which may be performed in collaboration with other health care team members
• Develop and implement specialized treatment programs as appropriate to meet patient needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university required
• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Current State of Minnesota Registration (to include a CFY Temporary License from the State of Minnesota required)
• BLS & Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA
• Must have prior experience
