Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with teaching endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans and strategizes a program of study to meet students' needs and maintain an effective classroom.
• Assesses student growth, provides progress reports, and refers students for evaluation when needed.
• Implements district education goals, enforces classroom rules, and supports student conduct.
• Prepares differentiated lessons with clear objectives and aligns materials to goals.
• Establishes open communication with students, parents, and staff; conducts conferences and meetings.
• Maintains accurate records and uses formative and summative data to inform instruction.
• Ensures safety, discipline, and appropriate supervision of students during all activities.
