Job summary

Atcoftexas is seeking a Teacher’s Assistant to support students in Educational Services. The TA will work with the Interdisciplinary Team to implement Individual Education Plans and help students attain functional independence.

This full-time, year-round role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma and related experience; CPR/First Aid/SAMA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of college or related experience.
• Maintain CPR, First Aid, and SAMA certifications.
• Texas Driver’s License and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow ATC Policies and Procedures.
• Provide direct teaching and support to students.
• Transport students to appointments and activities.
• Prepare documentation and incident reports as needed.
