• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates and coordinates interview, scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Stores food according to safety procedures and maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Ensures proper food handling, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours and tracks inventory and deliveries.
