Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is required.
• Must be able to work full-time schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use and performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items per policy and maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assists in maintaining production records and documentation.
