Compass Group USA's Flik Independent School Dining is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at Middlesex School, 1400 Lowell Road, Concord, MA 01742. The role supports the Executive Chef, coordinates cooks and food-service staff, and ensures production standards are met.

We offer a pay range of $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. Diversity and nourishing students are core to our mission and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food safely and maintains sanitation according to procedures.
• Maintains proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints politely.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
