Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain vacant units at an apartment complex in Bowling Green, KY. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, daytime hours—no nights or weekends—and offers stability.

You will clean units, offices, and surrounding areas with careful attention to detail. The job requires reliability and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units, including sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure office spaces remain clean and organized.
• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and keeping the grounds tidy.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager .
