You will handle tenant relations, leasing, tours, and coordination of maintenance, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, concerns, and retention efforts.
• Manage all leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, following up with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and preparing lease documentation.
• Market available units through social media and other outreach methods.
• Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep, including scheduling repairs, overseeing unit cleaning and inspections, and managing make-ready processes.
• Perform financial and administrative tasks such as recording rent payments, processing deposits, submitting invoices, and maintaining tenant records.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, concerns, and retention efforts

• Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep, including:

  • Managing make-ready processes
  • Following up with tenants
• Perform financial and administrative tasks such as:
  • Recording rent payments
  • Processing deposits
  • Submitting invoices
  • Maintaining accurate tenant records
• Complete additional office and administrative duties as assigned by the Regional Manager

Minimum Qualifications
