You will perform minor repairs, inspect equipment, and collaborate with the Facilities Manager and outside contractors. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and their use.
• Preferably knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools with safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, blinds, filling wall gaps, and touch-up painting.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment (e.g., ventilation, piping, electrical systems).
• Check control panels and ensure the functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms).
• Collaborate with coworkers and external professionals during renovations.
• Report issues to the Facilities Manager.
