Job summary

Homeland Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain vacant units at an apartment complex in Bardstown, KY. The role offers 24 hours per week, daytime hours — Monday through Friday — with a flexible schedule.

No experience is required, and paid vacation is based on hours worked per week. You will clean and sanitize surfaces, keep offices and outdoor areas tidy, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units (sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, sanitizing).

• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and tidying grounds.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the Site Manager and Regional Property Manager.

Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness of vacant units at an apartment complex in Bardstown, KY. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours —no nights, no weekends—with a flexible schedule .
