Job summary

Fred Beans Ford of Washington, NJ is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver to transport customers and vehicles and support the dealership’s day-to-day operations. You’ll clock in/out daily, coordinate GPS-based routes, assist customers with luggage, and uphold exemplary customer service while maintaining safety and vehicle logs.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, company-funded training, growth opportunities, and employee perks including vehicle purchase discounts

• Ability to manage time and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain time records by clocking in and out daily.
• Pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
• Use GPS to obtain accurate directions.
• Inspect assigned equipment and complete the Shuttle Log.
• Communicate professionally with customers and managers.
• Assist customers with luggage or bags as needed.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
