Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Denton, TX to support store management and drive execution with a focus on superior customer service. When no manager is onsite, you’ll lead the team, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a smooth operation.

You’ll supervise staff, greet customers, resolve issues per policy, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while ensuring confidentiality and proper merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to coordinate actions.
