Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Denton, TX is hiring a full-time FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD at Texas Woman's University. The role covers supervision of staff, ensures proper assembly and service of foods, and maintains sanitation and safety in line with HACCP/OSHA guidelines.

The schedule is Sunday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Prior supervisory or management experience in ordering, inventory, cooking, and cleaning is required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory or management experience (ordering, inventory, cooking, cleaning).

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to details.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items with HACCP and OSHA compliance.
• Helps plan menus and ensure timely, efficient meal service.
• Trains and coordinates employees to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules; expedites workflow.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures cleaning of kitchen and dining areas and washing of utensils.
