Job summary

Club Car Wash is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a team in Columbia Area locations. You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the company values in a fast-paced car wash environment.

You will train teammates, ensure performance standards are met, and maintain a professional appearance and adherence to company policies. Join a growth‑oriented team with on-site and ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
