Club Car Wash is seeking a Crew Leader to guide an energetic team in delivering excellent customer service at our car wash locations. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining high performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will foster a positive customer experience, uphold company policies, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and welcoming service environment across outdoor and indoor settings.

Competenze

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
